6 years agoSt. Louis Blues goaltender Jake Allen allowed three goals on 34 shots in Sunday's 4-3 shootout loss against the Buffalo Sabres. Despite the loss he is still a decent 3-2-3 with a 2.10 goals-against average and .932 save percentage with two shutouts in eight starts since the All-Star break. He and rookie Jordan Binnington have had an amazing competition in the crease for the Blues, and have lifted them from a fringe playoff team to a real contender in the Western Conference. The duo have likely lifted plenty of fantasy teams in the same way.--Daniel Dobish
