Jake Fraley Exits After Colliding With Wall
4 years agoSeattle Mariners outfielder Jake Fraley exited the Cactus League matchup against the Rockies on Saturday, one inning after colliding with the wall. Fraley was attempting to make a play on a Chris Owings drive to left center field. While he stayed in the game at the time after being examined by the trainer, and in fact singled in another at-bat, Fraley was removed before originally scheduled. Any setback could challenge Fraley's chances to make the Opening Day roster for the Mariners now that Taylor Trammell has been making such a strong impact.
