Jake Kumerow Could Be A Lock Bills Roster
3 years agoBuffalo Bills wide receiver Jake Kumerow has been impressing both his teammates and the coaching staff during training camp. Quarterback Josh Allen has enjoyed having Kumerow around and believes he's a fantastic asset to the team. Through two preseason games, Kumerow has two receptions for 20 yards and one touchdown. He'll get a chance to get revenge against his former team the Green Bay Packers in their third preseason matchup. Regardless of his performance, it sounds like Kumerow is a lock for the Bills 53-man roster. Both Gabriel Davis and Cole Beasley are in COViD-19 protocols right now. It's also worth noting that Isaiah McKenzie (shoulder) is sidelined, so the Bills cannot afford to lose anymore receivers. Possibly, Kumerow has a role on the team to start the season, but the depends on the health of their receiver group.
