Jake Lamb Goes Yard In Victory
4 years agoChicago White Sox infielder Jake Lamb went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in Thursday's victory against the Minnesota Twins. Lamb got the start with designated hitter Yermin Mercedes getting a day off. Despite the home run, Lamb was pulled for defensive purposes in the top of the sixth inning. The veteran could a draw a start on Friday with the White Sox hosting a doubleheader against the Kansas City Royals, but he has shown no reason for managers to consider rostering him or selecting him in DFS. Lamb is now hitting .167 on the season with one home run and one RBI.
