6 years agoBuffalo Sabres defenseman Jake McCabe (upper body) is expected to miss the remainder of the regular season due to an upper-body injury suffered in Saturday's 5-2 loss against the Toronto Maple Leafs. He managed four goals with 14 points and a minus-7 rating in 55 games. Defenseman Zach Bogosian (lower body) missed Monday's game against the Edmonton Oilers, and he is considered day to day. Matt Hunwick and Casey Nelson filled in on Monday, and Hunwick is likely to draw in fairly regularly in McCabe's absence.--Daniel Dobish
