Jake Odorizzi Coughs Up Four Runs In Start
7 years agoMinnesota Twins right-hander Jake Odorizzi struggled to keep the ball in the park against the Cleveland Indians on Tuesday. Odorizzi allowed four runs in five innings of work, with all the damage coming via three home runs off the Indians' bats. He did manage to strike out six batters in the game, which was played in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Odorizzi took the loss, dropping his record to 1-1 on the year with a 3.38 ERA and 19 strikeouts in 21 1/3 innings of work. He should remain a solid, back-end fantasy starter in most leagues.
