3 years agoHouston Astros pitcher Jake Odorizzi (foot) will start Sunday's game against the Oakland Athletics. The Astros right-hander will follow Zack Greinke and Framber Valdez in the rotation. He's been sidelined since September 14 due to right foot soreness. The 31-year-old owns a 4.22 ERA, 1.22 WHIP, and an 86:31 K: BB across 96 innings in 2021. Odorizzi allowed two earned runs or less in six of his last seven starts before landing on the 10-day injured list.
