4 years agoDallas Stars goaltender Jake Oettinger will log his 20th start of the campaign on Tuesday against Detroit, looking for his ninth win. The rookie netminder has boosted his numbers with back-to-back victories ahead of the meeting with the Red Wings. He boasts a 2.16 goals-against average for the season with a .919 save percentage and one shutout. The Stars needed a shootout to beat Detroit on Monday, but they are heavy favorites here and thus Oettinger has a great chance of picking up a third consecutive victory.
