3 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts was having one of his worst games in his NFL career until he was able to pad his stats a bit in garbage time of a 41-21 Week 3 loss to the Dallas Cowboys. Hurts ended up throwing 39 passes, completing 25 of them for 326 yards, two touchdowns, and two interceptions. Heading into halftime though, he had thrown for just 102 scoreless yards and a pick. Hurts was the team's leading rusher by far, running the ball nine times for 35 yards. The Eagles running backs combined for just three rushes. It was a shockingly bad game plan by the Eagles offense, who will need to be a lot better in every aspect if they plan to make their Week 4 game against the Chiefs even somewhat competitive. Hurts has the look of a quarterback who is much better for his fantasy team than for his NFL team.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
