3 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts got off to a slow start in Week 16 but ended up leading the Eagles to a 34-10 blowout over the New York Giants. Hurts completed 17 of his 29 pass attempts for 199 yards and two touchdowns. He only ran the ball twice for seven yards. The two rushes were a season low by a huge margin, as Hurts has essentially been operating as the lead back on the Eagles offense. Nursing an ankle injury and in a game in which the Eagles were comfortable on defense throughout, Hurts just didn't need to run. He should remain a QB1 next week against the Washington Football Team.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
