3 years agoLos Angeles Rams cornerback Jalen Ramsey (illness) popped up on the team's injury report Thursday, having missed practice due to an illness. This is the first that managers have seen of any kind of impediment to Ramsey's status ahead of what should be a must-roster week for the Rams defense against the scuffling Texans offense. Ramsey has started each of L.A.'s first seven games this season, compiling 41 tackles, six passes defended, two interceptions and a quarterback hit. It's unclear who would step into Ramsey's multi-faceted role in the secondary should he be forced to miss the contest, but it would likely do little to hamper the unit's sky-high projections.
