5 years agoGreen Bay Packers running back Jamaal Williams was able to impress in the Packers victory over the Denver Broncos. Williams finished the game with 59 yards from 12 attempts on the ground and caught both of his targets for 27 yards. Interestingly, Williams out-touched Aaron Jones in the matchup. Williams had previously been more involved in the offense when the team has needed to increase the tempo and on passing downs. Coach Matt LaFleur said to the media earlier in the week he wanted to get Williams more involved and backed that up in the first game he could. While Jones is currently the more valuable back to own, the situation should be monitored in case it becomes a committee backfield.--Richard King - RotoBaller
