Jamaal Williams Makes Lions Debut
3 years agoDetroit Lions running back Jamaal Williams carried the ball nine times for 15 yards in the Lions first preseason game of the year against the Bills. The free agent signee is expected to create a 1-2 punch with teammate D'Andre Swift out of the backfield and Swift did not suit up for this game. 1.7 yards per carry won't get many fantasy managers excited but Williams simply is getting his feet wet in a new offense. Expect Williams to continue to run with the first-team offense until Swift returns.
