Jamal Adams Adds Tampa Bay As Desired Trade Destination
5 years agoNew York Jets safety Jamal Adams has added the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as a team he would like to be traded to if the Jets decide to do so, per ESPN's Field Yates. The 2017 first-round pick is in a jam with his contract situation in New York and expressed his desire to be traded yesterday. A reunion with former Jets defensive coordinator Todd Bowles would occur should the Texas native be traded down south. Per Adam Schefter, other trade destinations Adams would welcome are Baltimore, Kansas City, Dallas, Houston, Philadelphia, Seattle, and San Francisco, all contenders. For his career, the 24-year-old has 273 total tackles, 12 sacks, six forced fumbles, four recovered fumbles, and two interceptions.
