2 years agoJacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Jamal Agnew (hip) is on track in his recovery process. The 27-year-old suffered a season-ending hip injury in Week 11 of last season. Early reports have Agnew missing the beginning of next season. However, special teams coordinator Heath Farwell mentioned the team is prepared to have Agnew in Week 1. Agnew has primarily been a kicker returner throughout his career, but took a huge step forward in 2021. He set career highs as a wideout and was third on the team in targets before suffering his hip injury. Although, the Jaguars have added Zay Jones and Christian Kirk to their roster this offseason.
