Ja'Marr Chase Totals 89 Yards In Super Bowl
3 years agoCincinnati Bengals rookie wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase caught five of his eight targets for 89 yards in the 23-20 loss to the Los Angeles Rams in Super Bowl LVI on Sunday. He wasn't able to find the end zone, but it was still a strong game for the Offensive Rookie of the Year. Some people were worried about Chase when he was dropping passes in training camp and the postseason, but he was far from a liability in the regular season, twice going over 100 yards in a game while totaling 1,455 yards and 13 total touchdowns on 81 catches (128 targets) in 17 games. His speed, quickness and play-making abilities are off the charts, and his chemistry with quarterback Joe Burrow is on another level. Going into his sophomore season, Chase will probably be the first receiver off the board in a lot of fantasy drafts.
