Jameis Winston Delivers in Atlanta

6 years agoBuccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston was as productive as ever Sunday in Atlanta. The former first-overall pick found himself in a shootout with fellow NFC South QB Matt Ryan that was not decided until the very last second. Winston's 395 passing yards, four touchdowns (two picks), and 31 rushing yards made him the top QB from Sunday's game-slate and set the bar fairly high for the rest of his season. Expectations should be tempered given that this game was played in a dome against a depleted defense, however, Winston showed that he is a viable starting QB going forward. Tampa's next matchup comes at home against a Cleveland team that was just shredded by the Chargers. With all their weapons, the Bucs' will look to have a similar offensive burst next week.--Kev Mahserejian - RotoBaller
