3 years agoNew York Giants defensive back James Bradberry is in danger of being cut or traded this offseason. His future with the Giants organization is in doubt. The Pro Bowl corner has a $21.9 million cap hit for next season. The Giants are trying to clear $40 million in cap space, so getting rid of Bradberry's contract would be huge. In 2021, Bradberry recorded 47 tackles, 17 passes defended, and a career-high four interceptions in 17 games with the Giants. The organization would save $12 million, assuming they can find a trade partner for Bradberry. He has played above expectations in New York and could generate some trade buzz this offseason.
