James McCann Remains On Fire
3 years agoNew York Mets catcher James McCann put in another solid performance on Wednesday going 2-for-4 with an RBI, double, and two runs scored in the Mets 14-1 win over the Orioles. McCann is now slashing .346/.370/.769 over his last seven games with three homers, 10 RBI, and five runs scored. After going 0-for-3 on May 27 against the Rockies, dropping his average to .191 on the season, McCann has managed to raise his average to over 40 points to .235 on the season during this hot streak. While he remains red hot at the plate, McCann should be utilized as a streaming option in one-catcher formats and in DFS play. He should also be rostered and active in all two-catcher fantasy formats.
