3 years agoJacksonville Jaguars tight end James O'Shaughnessy was a favorite target for both rookie quarterback Trevor Lawrence and Gardner Minshew II in Wednesday's practice. SI's John Shipley had this to say about O'Shaughnessy: "O'Shaughnessy continues to look like a quietly important piece to the offense. He was targeted often by both Minshew and Lawrence, and his touchdown from Lawrence was his second touchdown connection with the rookie quarterback in the last three practices." O'Shaughnessy has the most NFL receiving production on his resume among Jaguars tight ends, and as camp progresses, he looks like the favorite to lead the position in targets. Still, the presence of Travis Etienne Jr. and a dynamic group of receivers means that no Jaguars tight end projects to be fantasy relevant at this point in time. However, there is a chance that the Jaguars utilize O'Shaughnessy more than expected, which could put him on the fantasy radar at some point this season.--Casey Kamholz
