5 years agoNew York Yankees starter James Paxton will take the mound in Game 5 in hopes of keeping the Yankees alive for one more game in the ALCS. Paxton lasted only 2 1/3 innings on October 13 against the Astros, getting pulled after allowing one run, walking two and surrendering four hits. Much has been made about the big left-hander possibly tipping pitches in his last start and will need to pitch deeper into the game. Paxton posted a 3.35 ERA at home in the regular season but will have a tough task taking down an Astros offense that has torched left-handed pitching this season.--Joey C - RotoBaller
