James Paxton Might Miss Up To Three Weeks
6 years agoNew York Yankees starting pitcher James Paxton (knee) might be sidelined as many as three weeks, general manager Brian Cashman said on MLB Network Radio on Sunday. Cashman said it is a "three-week-at-max situation." Paxton posted a 3-2 record and 3.11 ERA in his first seven starts before exiting on Saturday. "He had experienced this in the past with Seattle, I think it was in 2014, so he's gone through this before where he has to take a timeout, get an injection then get going again," Cashman said. Keep the southpaw reserved in all fantasy leagues until he can officially return and make it through a full start without any setbacks.
