4 years agoNew York Yankees starting pitcher James Paxton (forearm) threw again on Wednesday but won’t progress to throwing from a mound until this weekend at the earliest, according to manager Aaron Boone. Paxton has been playing catch, but the 31-year-old will require at least a couple of bullpen sessions before returning to the team. The Yankees are hopeful that Paxton can make at least one start before the end of the regular season, but fantasy players should expect the pitcher to remain sidelined until the postseason at this point.--Sam Chinitz
