James Robinson Scores Two Touchdowns In Return From Injury
2 years agoJacksonville Jaguars running back James Robinson combined for 69 yards from scrimmage on 12 total touches while scoring two touchdowns in Sunday's loss to the Washington Commanders. The former undrafted running back played in his first game on Sunday since Week 16 of last season after suffering a torn Achilles. Robinson led all running backs on the Jaguars in touches in Week 1, which is notable given how soon he was able to make a recovery from his injury. The third-year running back out of Illinois State will share the backfield with Travis Etienne Jr. this season, however, he can be an RB2 if he continues to get the red-zone touches.
