James Washington Listed As No. 4 WR
3 years agoPittsburgh Steelers wide receiver James Washington is listed as the team's No. 4 wide receiver on the camp opening depth chart. In not much of a surprise, Washington finds himself listed behind starters Diontae Johnson, JuJu Smith-Schuster, and Chase Claypool on the depth chart and is listed as the direct backup to Johnson. Washington took a big step back in 2020, finishing with 392 yards after going for 735 yards in 2019. Part of the step back can be attributed to the breakout year turned in by Chase Claypool, who easily leapfrogged Washington on the depth chart. Washington, who can be a free agent following the 2021 season, is not on the radar in redraft fantasy leagues.
