5 years agoNew England Patriots running back James White will go up against a Ravens Defense in Week 9 that has been stingy against opposing runners this season. Baltimore is allowing the ninth fewest fantasy points to opposing backs and have not allowed more than 47 receiving yards in a single game to a runner. But White could defy the numbers in Week 9 and has posted 34 receptions over his last five games. If the Patriots struggle to move the chains, quarterback Tom Brady could look to White in the passing game often. The veteran's value, however, will be maximized in PPR-leagues mostly and would need a touchdown to make his starting status worthwhile in standard formats.--Joey C - RotoBaller
