Jamison Crowder Returns To Team Drills
2 years agoBuffalo Bills veteran wide receiver Jamison Crowder made a return to team drills on Tuesday at training camp after a five-practice absence due to general soreness. However, he got most his work with the Case Keenum-led offense rather than working with quarterback Josh Allen. Isaiah McKenzie has continued to build chemistry with Allen and appears to have the current lead over Crowder for the starting slot job. But the competition isn't over by any means, and Crowder easily won snaps against the cornerbacks he faced Tuesday. He remains a great target on underneath routes, which should give the Bills dependable depth, at the very least. But McKenzie gives the Bills the potential for more explosive plays and more yards after the catch, making him the better late-round dart throw in deeper fantasy leagues.
