2 years agoSan Francisco 49ers running back JaMycal Hasty carried the ball three times for 15 yards, adding one catch for two yards and a touchdown during Saturday's 17-7 victory over the Vikings. The 25-year-old was involved on the first drive with a four-yard run before eventually snagging a two-yard touchdown grab to begin the fourth quarter, which ended up being the game-winning score. The Baylor product is competing with veteran Jeff Wilson Jr., rookie Tyrion Davis-Price, and sophomore Trey Sermon to slot in behind Elijah Mitchell (hamstring). Hasty was re-signed by the team this offseason and has a shot at earning the No. 2 role, which should be valuable for fantasy football.
