4 years agoLos Angeles Angels first baseman Jared Walsh went 2-for-5 with one double, one home runs and three runs batted in as the Angels defeated the Diamondbacks 10-3 on Sunday. Walsh has taken a slight step back offensively in the month of June but now has three extra-base hits over his last two games. Despite the dip at the plate over the past week, Walsh is still making a strong case for All-Star consideration. Through 225 at-bats this season, Walsh is slashing .293/.363/.556 with 14 home runs, 15 doubles, 34 runs scored and 43 runs batted in and is still a fantasy starter in standard formats.--Joey C - RotoBaller
