3 years agoLos Angeles Angels first baseman Jared Walsh is on the bench for Saturday's game at Tampa Bay with left-hander Shane McClanahan on the hill. Phil Gosselin, who is playing first base and hitting cleanup, makes a good spot play for fantasy managers with daily moves. The 32-year-old veteran has a 1.101 OPS against southpaws this year over 35 at-bats. Walsh has cooled off a bit in June, but the slugger is still doing well in his first year as a full-timer, slashing .287/.351/.918.--Josh Friedman
