Jaret Patterson Leads Commanders In Rushing Yards
2 years agoWashington Commanders running back Jaret Patterson combined for 92 total yards in Saturday's preseason loss to the Ravens. The second-year back was a major focal point of the Commanders offense and rushed for 47 yards on 11 carries while catching four passes for 45 yards. Patterson has been consistently running as the fourth man in this backfield behind Jonathan Williams, which is concerning for his future on the active roster. We'll see if he did enough to warrant a position in this backfield, but it appears the former Buffalo Bill may be looking for opportunities elsewhere if the Commanders are to keep only three running backs.
