6 years agoBoston Bruins goaltender Jaroslav Halak will be between the pipes on Thursday night against the Washington Capitals. In his last outing against the Calgary Flames, Halak surrendered four goals on 37 shots during a 6-4 win. The Slovakian netminder has a 13-6-2 record this season to go along with a 2.36 goals-against average and .926 save percentage. Halak has been strong throughout the campaign, but Tuukka Rask has taken over the starting role. Halak still has value as a streaming option but is tough to roster in shallow formats due to a recent lack of action. The Capitals possess a strong offense as they sit sixth in the league in goals per game (3.48). It may be best to avoid Halak on Thursday's slate.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
