4 years agoNew England Patriots quarterback Jarrett Stidham saw a few reps during the blowout loss to the Los Angeles Rams in Week 14. It was a horrendous game by quarterback Cam Newton. He was benched with 10 minutes left in fourth quarter in favor of Stidham. He completed five of seven passing attempts for 27 yards and added one rushing attempt for three yards in garbage time. This move was basically just the Pats conceding the game and getting Newton out to avoid injury. There is no indication that Stidham is going to start next week and he wouldn't have much fantasy value even if he did suit up.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
