3 years agoMilwaukee Brewers right-handed pitcher Jason Alexander will make his first big-league start in Wednesday's game at the Cubs, per MLB.com's Adam McCalvy. The Brewers have had several injuries in their rotation, and the 29-year-old will be called upon in a good matchup. Alexander has compiled a 2.64 ERA with a 1.09 WHIP and 17.5% strikeout rate over 47 2/3 innings pitched and seven starts at Triple-A Nashville. While he has pitched well overall and draws a decent matchup, it would be a risky move for fantasy managers to trust him.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
