Jason Croom Could Be A Sneaky Play At Tight End
6 years agoBuffalo Bills tight end Jason Croom has seen his most extensive action over the last three games with starter Charles Clay hampered by a hamstring injury. The undrafted rookie has been on the field for at least 46 percent of the team's offensive plays during this three games stretch, where he has brought in five passes for 56 yards. He had two receptions on three targets for 16 yards last week against the Jaguars, although his biggest play of the day was wiped out by a penalty. The Tennessee product also recorded his first-ever red zone target in Week 12. With Clay questionable, it may be Croom's time to have a career night in Week 13 as the Dolphins are giving up the eighth-most fantasy points to opposing tight ends as well as a league-high eight touchdowns.
