3 years agoChicago Cubs outfielder Jason Heyward is not in the starting lineup for Monday night's series opener with the Rockies. This looks to just be a night off for Heyward, who has started in six of the team's last seven games. Hopefully this will give Heyward a chance to reset at the plate, as he's been mired in a slump where he's slashing .146/.180/.188 with one steal, four RBI and two runs scored over his last 14 games. With Heyward out, Michael Hermosillo is getting the start in right field and is batting sixth in the lineup.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
