6 years agoChicago Cubs second baseman Javier Baez hit a grand slam on Tuesday. That wasn't his only home run of the night, as he also hit a solo shot, which brings his home run total to 16 on the year. Baez is having a very good season overall. He has 45 runs and 56 RBI. Five of those RBI came on Tuesday. He has also showcased his speed by stealing 13 bags. Baez has produced well when batting in the heart of the order. Baez hasn't been as good lately, but his season stats are still very impressive. He has a .344 wOBA, which is a career high. Baez is still valuable and he looks like he has gotten back on track. Look for Baez to continue to produce at a high rate.--Blake Sullivan
