3 years agoChicago Cubs shortstop Javier Baez went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in Thursday's victory versus the New York Mets. Baez has now gone yard in two of his last three games. Baez has been putting up impressive numbers as he enters free agency and is now hitting .232 with 16 home runs, 44 RBI and nine stolen bases. Baez continues to put up impressive numbers across the board and remains a strong option at the shortstop position.
