6 years agoChicago Cubs shortstop Javier Baez (heel) will not start on Tuesday. Manager Joe Maddon announced the news on a local radio station and Baez remains day-to-day with a heel contusion. It’s likely that Addison Russell will be at shortstop tonight versus Phillies starter Zach Eflin. Russell is no more than a dart throw in DFS Tuesday.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
