6 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles running back Jay Ajayi (back) and wide receiver Mike Wallace (ankle) were both injured in Week 2 against the Buccaneers. Wallace has been ruled out, while Ajayi is questionable to return. Left tackle Jason Peters is also questionable with a quadriceps injury. Wallace's injury didn't look good, as he was helped off the field by trainers and carted to the locker room. The veteran wideout could be out for a while, but stay tuned for updates on the severity of his injury. With Alshon Jeffery (shoulder) still out, Nelson Agholor, Kamar Aiken, Shelton Gibson and Deandre Carter are the team's receivers. Ajayi had a carry for a seven-yard loss before leaving, but he has returned to the sidelines. With Darren Sproles inactive, Corey Clement and Wendell Smallwood will take over the backfield. Stay tuned for an update on Ajayi's status.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
