4 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies outfielder Jay Bruce launched his sixth homer of the season in a win vs the Nationals Wednesday. It was Bruce's second home run in as many starts since being activated off the Injured List Monday. The veteran outfielder is slugging a strong .535 on the season and has proved to be a cheap source of power in deeper leagues. The lefty-swinging Bruce has another strong matchup lined up on Thursday vs Anibal Sanchez making Bruce a strong DFS play as he has a 1.136 OPS vs right-handers this season.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
