Jaylin Davis Sustains Hamstring Strain On Monday
3 years agoSan Francisco Giants outfielder Jaylin Davis (hamstring) exited Monday's loss to the Cardinals with a strained left hamstring. He will undergo an MRI on Tuesday to determine the severity of the injury. The 27-year-old went 0-for-3 before exiting. Fantasy managers should continue to monitor the situation as an update will be provided once the MRI is completed. Davis was reinstated from the 60-day injured list on July 1. He has been sidelined most of the season due to knee tendinitis. Davis has elite power and homered 35 times over 126 games between Double-A and Triple-A. In a crowded Giants outfield, Davis isn't on the fantasy radar in standard leagues.
