5 years agoPittsburgh Steelers running back Jaylen Samuels was a ghost in the team's 24-20 loss to San Francisco on Sunday. The 23-year-old was expected to take on a bigger role with James Conner suffering from a minor knee injury in last week's game against the Seahawks. However, it was the total opposite as he received just a handful of snaps, while rookie Benny Snell Jr. received three carries. Samuels' value takes a huge hit with this development but it will be interesting to see if there was something else in play here.
