Jaylen Waddle Gets First Preseason Action
3 years agoMiami Dolphins wide receiver Jaylen Waddle did not play at all during the team's preseason opener last week. However, he was able to get involved on Saturday and made the most of his chances. Waddle caught 3-of-4 targets for 21 yards in the win over the Atlanta Falcons. The Dolphins were without DeVante Parker, Will Fuller, and Preston Williams for this preseason matchup. Waddle operated as the No. 1 and appeared to have good chemistry with quarterback Tua Tagovailoa. It's worth noting that Waddle did briefly exit due to a leg injury, but it doesn't appear to be anything significant. Sadly for Waddle, the Dolphins have too many mouths to feed. He'll likely fall into WR4 territory in most fantasy formats.
