3 years agoMiami Marlins rookie infielder Jazz Chisholm got two hits and scored a run in Monday's 6-3 win over the New York Mets. Jazz led off for the Marlins and went 2-for-4 with two singles and a run scored, improving his batting average to .254 and his OPS to .747. It seems like Chisholm will hit leadoff against right-handed starting pitchers and hit somewhere in the middle of the lineup against lefties. He's battled his way out of a rather extended slump and could be on the brink of quite a hot streak.
