7 years agoLos Angeles Angels starter JC Ramirez (elbow) successfully underwent Tommy John surgery on Tuesday. He will miss the entire 2018 season and likely the start of 2019 as well. Ramirez was expected to be a big part of LA's rotation this season after winning 11 games with 4.15 ERA last season. Expect Nick Tropeano and Parker Bridwell to get more starts this season with Ramirez out.--patton
