3 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies second baseman Jean Segura made some personal history against the Yankees on Sunday as he collected three hits for the third-straight game, the first time in his career the 31-year-old has accomplished this feat. Segura went 3-for-4 with two RBI and a run scored as he raised his batting average to .339 this season. Segura has cut his strikeout rate from 20.7 percent last year to just 13 percent this year which has fueled the career resurgence for Segura. He's a strong option in roto formats as he should continue to score runs and steal bases atop a Phillies lineup that has improved since moving Segura to the two-hole.
