7 years agoSeattle Mariners shortstop Jean Segura is really picking up the offensive slack as the team has dealt with a series of injuries over the last two weeks. He currently is 11th in the American League in RBI (33) and seventh in batting average (.317). After picking up three more hits Thursday against the A's, he is now hitting .342 in the month of May and .387 over his last 62 at-bats. Segura is once again making a strong case to become an All-Star this season if he can stay healthy over the next month.--Joey C - RotoBaller
