4 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies shortstop Jean Segura (quad) will likely be activated prior to Friday's game, according to Matt Breen of the Philadelphia Inquirer. Segura has been out since April 21 with a quad strain that he suffered while running to first on a groundout. He is slashing .333/.359/.450 in 17 games to start the year, while also recording one home run, one steal, five RBI and seven runs scored.
