3 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies second baseman Jean Segura went 1-for-4 with a stolen base and the Phillies' only run scored in a 2-1 loss to Max Scherzer and the Nationals. Segura has been on a stolen-base binge lately and is forcing fantasy managers to take notice. Segura has six thefts on the season, but four of those have been in the last five games as he clearly has the green light to run from manager Joe Girardi. The 31-year-old swiped 44 bases back in 2013 and had at least 20 steals every season from 2013-18. He may run less when Bryce Harper (wrist) returns to the three-hole in the order, but any fantasy manager in need of steals can look to Segura on waivers if he's available.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
